NELSON provides integrated control and
monitoring solutions for heat tracing systems. These systems can provide
temperature control functions and / or heater cable monitoring for your
system. All of the systems are 100% compatible with our PC based
communications software.
Heater cable monitoring for ambient
and pipe sensing mechanical thermostat controlled systems
The CM1 monitors the heaters voltage,
current and continuity without the use of special monitor wires or
electronic transmitters. Providing automated monitoring of heater parameters
when ever the heater is switched on.
Heater cable temperature control and
monitoring
The CM2
is a scanning microprocessor based control system that controls and
monitors any possible functional area of a heat trace system.
The CM2/1 provides temperature control
as well as the heater cable monitoring of the CM1.
Heater cable temperature control with
current and ground fault monitoring
The CM2GF provides temperature control
as well monitoring for high and low circuit currents. The unit also
provides ground alarm and separate circuit interruption for developing
ground faults. The CM2GF has an auto test feature to allow the heaters to
be monitored year round.
Single heater cable temperature control
with current and ground fault monitoring
The CM2001 provides the same features as
the CM2GF in a single point control for remote applications.
Communications software
The CM.comm
software operates on a standard PC and can tie the above systems for both
monitoring and changing of set points from a remote location. The software
utilizes an ACCESS database that can be linked to other systems to provide
an integrated information system.
