Connection kits are required to seal the exposed electrical parts of
the field terminated heating cables from the surrounding environment. This
prevents electrical shorting from moisture and also provides protection
from electrocution by preventing accidental contact. For safety, only
Nelson approved connection kits should be used.
Power Connections are used to seal the cable ends and make
connection to the electrical supply. Included in these kits are heater
cable power end seals, heater cable far end seals, power connection
enclosure, terminal block, pipe mounting stand , and other accessories.

Splice Connections are used to splice heating cable in the middle
of a circuit. Included in these kits are heater cable splice seals, splice
enclosure, terminal block, pipe mounting stand, and other accessories.
