Limitrace Cables

LIMITRACE Self-Regulating Cable. Ideal for freeze-protection or process maintenance of pipes, valves, tubing and instrumentation, Easy to install and terminate in the field.

LIMITRACE self-regulating cable automatically alters its heat output in response to temperature changes — increasing as the pipe cools and decreasing as the temperature rises. Its high-performance jacketing material is extremely resistant to corrosion and moisture.

Mineral Insulated Cables

NELEX Mineral Insulated Cable. Designed for long runs on large-diameter pipe and ultra-high temperature exposure applications of up to 1100°F

NELEX mineral insulated (Ml) cable has the highest exposure temperature of any heater cable made. Its corrosion-proof Incoly sheath makes it virtually impervious to chemicals, hazardous-location dangers and the elements.

Constant Watt Cables

NELCON Constant Wattage Cable. A low install-cost alternative for applications that require a constant heat output level.

An equally good provider of constant power output for short and unusually long circuits, NELCON constant wattage cable is extremely easy to install and maintain. Its highly durable jacket is corrosion resistant and can withstand high exposure temperatures.

VH Heating Panels are suitable for installation on metallic tanks and vessels for freeze protection or process temperature maintenance up to 175° F. Any number of heating panels may be installed on a single tank and connected in parallel or series to minimize electrical distribution requirements.

The panels are easily attached with suitable banding materials and must be mounted below the minimum fluid level on the vessel surface.
